About the venue
Bulong Estate, located in the Upper Yarra Valley caters best for smaller weddings. It has sweeping views across the vines to the mountains. Couples organise their own catering and guests can mingle under the stars or dance the night away on the deck. It is a family run business and has a casual, homely feel.
About the day
Both intellects, Daniel and Alex instantly connected over meaningful conversations and a love of cats. They were married at the gorgeous Bulong Estate in the Yarra Valley on a hot Summer’s day. Wanting to keep the day relaxed and low key, yet beautiful they got ready together at home with their family by their side. A first look was undertaken in their courtyard and some photo opportunities at home before heading out to Bulong. We made use of the incredible property for some more pics before guests arrived.
After the ceremony, guests played lawn games and mingled until the evening under the festoon lighting. Monica from Bulong kindly drove us to the top of the mountain for some twilight shots where the drone got some good use!
