One of my all time faves, this engagement shoot of Matt and Anita in St Kilda was just sublime! We chose the iconic Esplanade Hotel or as its affectionately known as ‘The Espy’ with its eclectic look and kitsch furniture, for the perfect backdrop. Being a Monday night and just about had the whole place to ourselves. An outfit change into something more summery was made before we headed down to the beach and frolicked along the sand during golden hour.
Matt, hailing from Alaska and Anita from the Phillipines met whilst Matt was on post in the Phillipines and they have been inseparable ever since. The pair are used to spending long periods apart as well as together. They both love Melbourne for coffee, food and culture. So on a holiday here, what better way than to remember their time here than with an engagement shoot.
