About Avalon Castle

Avalon Castle is truly a unique wedding venue. With multiple options for the ceremony including the shaded rose terrace or the cosy chapel, Avalon is best suited to smaller weddings up to 100 guests. The private gardens set on 2 acres of land provide the perfect backdrop for photo opportunities. The castle itself with its steep staircase, stained glass windows and kitsch elements are an amazing opportunity to explore. The bluestone exterior with bright red door are visually stunning! Set in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges, Avalon Castle is truly a unique venue!

Picture this: Avalon Castle in Cockatoo, adorned with colorful leaves, provides the perfect backdrop for an intimate and memorable celebration. Today, I want to transport you to this picturesque location and share the unique, fun, and sultry moments captured through my lens.

The air was crisp and filled with anticipation as the bride and groom prepared to say their vows in this enchanting setting. The setting sun cascaded its warm golden light over the castle’s walls, creating a truly romantic atmosphere.

The day unfolded with an intimate ceremony beneath a canopy of trees on the Rose Terrace. The couple exchanged heartfelt promises, their love radiating throughout the surroundings. Paul Cochrane did a fab job of delivering a service that was all about Fabian and Adriana.

Following the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests rejoiced in the unique beauty of Avalon Castle. Each corner of this extraordinary venue offered the perfect backdrop for capturing joy-filled moments. From the rustic stone walls to the grandeur of the castle, every element added a touch of magic to the photographs.

As the evening unfolded, a sultry atmosphere washed over Avalon Castle. String lights adorned the courtyard, casting a warm glow and creating an intimate ambiance. We ventured out into the enchanting gardens at twilight for some more sultry romance with these two firecrackers who weren’t afraid to really get their sex kitten on!

The reception was brought to life by Jay Allen and his team at Wedding Sounds ensuring the dance floor was filled all night long!
