About Immerse

There is much to love about Immerse Winery in the Yarra Valley. From the moment you walk onto the incredible venue, you are taken aback by the expansive grounds and endless opportunities for photos. The unique chapel provides a private and welcoming space in which to hold your ceremony. Couples can then choose to stay on site or travel the small distance to the top of the hill for breathtaking views to the valley and beyond. The reception area provides a rustic, yet elegant space, complete with generous dance floor and long tables for guests to enjoy their meal and mingle. Guests need not worry about calling an Uber, the many rooms provide guests with a comfortable and inviting stay!

About the day

Marie and Ilia’s gorgeous Yarra Valley wedding at Immerse Winery was recently featured on Polka Dot Wedding! The couple, thanks to Covid-19 both had absent parents on the day, live streaming their wedding so their folks could be a part of it all. Friends pitched in everywhere they could – Marie’s sister styling her hair and makeup, friends helping organise the day, styling and decorating the venue and putting together the floral arrangements. It was the perfect way to celebrate a rustic winery wedding in a Victorian winter I can’t wait to share it!

Ilia and Marie met in the Phillipines whilst Marie was working as an ESL teacher, teaching to tourists. She certainly didn’t expect to meet the love of her life and future husband! It wasn’t smooth sailing with a long distance relationship, break up, heartache and finally they were reunited together forever!
