A love of fitness brought Daniel and Jaymee together. In between weights workouts, Daniel couldn’t help but notice the tall brunette saunter by and nudged his mate so hard, he was forced to pay attention. Daniel plucked up the courage to approach the gorgeous Jaymee and they hit it off. It hasn’t been all smooth sailing, with a break in middle, but it was very clear on the 28th February 2020 that they are made for each other when they said their “I dos” at Acacia Ridge Winery. Located in the stunning Yarra Valley, with views across to the vineyard and mountain, this is a the perfect location for an elegant yet rustic wedding. Both being very family oriented, they had their extended families present as well as an abundance of friends – almost 200 people to witness their vows and celebrate into the evening! Jaymee and Dan had a good family friend Murray officiate their service. Jaymee looked simply stunning in her Luv Bridal Dress which was both classic yet modern. Being the every popular pair that they are, Jaymee had her five closest friends by her side and Dan with his five best mates. It was never a dull moment with this gang of 12 – I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much at a wedding! There were so many heartfelt moments from Jaymee’s emotional dance with her Dad, those incredible speeches that started at dusk and weren’t completed until well after dark and of course the touching vows during the ceremony. I’ve been so grateful to have photographed many Yarra Valley weddings with Acacia Ridge my favourite Yarra Valley venue! So fortunate to again worth with Ray from Rays Weddings and so thankful to have had Michael Rutter come on board as my second shooter. What an incredible day to be a part of! Photography is a celebration of love, life, laughter and family. It is capturing the joy, the tears, the raw emotions and the connections with our loved ones. I love to photograph people and places, photography is not just my job, it’s my passion.
