Both diligent and conscientious students, Sasha and Genevieve’s friendship at uni quickly evolved into more and across the lecture theatre, eyes locked. They started spending more time with each other and soon love blossomed. Sasha and Gen couldn’t wait to share the news with friends including best friend and groomsman Xin. Both worked extremely hard in the lead up to the wedding day, even rising before dawn to set up the reception venue! One of Gen’s best friends, Titi, was the talented makeup artist and hairdresser on the day.

St Andrews was the chosen parish for their nuptials whilst their guest list of 220 friends and family filled the Freccia Azzurra Club, with country band The Hitchhikers keeping the dance floor filled. Sasha and Gen and the bridal party delighted guests with a choreagraphed dance and Gen’s Dad and Aunties suprised them with a dance of their own!
